滾筒式砂石篩洗機：
　　滾筒式砂石篩洗機，是我公司針對石料中含成品砂石、泥土和石粉多，為去除石料中的泥土、石粉和成品砂石、石料的分類而自主研制開發(fā)的新型篩洗機，已獲國家專利。
　　該機是一種砂石清洗和篩分為一體的篩洗設備，將含有成品砂石、泥土、石粉的石料和水一并投入滾筒，滾筒在旋轉(zhuǎn)過程中，其泥漿（泥土和石粉）隨水流走，達到去除泥土、石粉的目的。同時，將其成品砂石與石料分離，其石料送入下一破碎環(huán)節(jié)破碎，避免重復破碎，提高破碎效率。它具有清洗和篩分雙重功能，結(jié)構(gòu)合理，處理量大，功率消耗小，處理石料粒度大（能篩洗粒度≤250mm砂石）等優(yōu)點。

　　Drum type sand and stone screening and  washing machine is a new type of screening and  washing machine , developed independently by our company  for removing  clay, stone powder contained in building stones and classifying the finished sands, gravels  and   building stones  in view of  building stones containing finished sands ,gravels ,and a lot of clay and stone powder . It  has  been awarded  national patent. 
　　The machine is an equipment which combines the washing and  screening  of sands and stones.  Building stones containing  finished sands ,gravels, clay and stone powder   are fed together with  water into the drum, then the slurry containing clay and stone powder will go away with water during rotation of the drum , attaining the  goal for removing clay and stone powder .  Meanwhile,  the finished sands , gravels and  building stones  are separated in the machine , and building stones will be sent to the next crushing stage to be crushed, avoiding repeated crushing  for the finished sands and gravels and improving the crushing  efficiency. Therefore  the machine possesses dual functions of washing and screening .  It has  advantages such as  reasonable structure, high throughput , low power consumption and capacity to treat  stones of larger sizes   ( size for screening and washing is less than or equal to 250mm).
